EFC DigiCheque is the perfect imaging solution for banks. EFC DigiCheque captures item ../images, allows for data validation, detects check fraud, allows editing of read errors, and exports data and ../images to other applications.
DigiCheque features:
- Single pass duplex imaging - Front and Back item ../images are captured in one pass
- User-definable fields - Allows customization of the application to fit your company's criteria
- Full user security - Control access to all areas of the software
- MICR reader functionality - EFC DigiCheque recognizes up to 5 parts on the MICR line
- Export data and ../images to other applications - Includes the ability to exclude records
- Import data and ../images from other applications - Allows you to import validation information from other applications
- Data validation - A table of valid items may be used to check scanned items or even display stored signatures
- Check fraud detection - Set parameters for sequential document warning
- Document endorsement - Allows you to specify the endorsement text
- Document status determined by font color and icon - Easily identify read errors
- Image zoom and rotation feature - Pre-defined percentage zoom and 180° image rotation
- Batch Index - User defined values may be entered before scanning a batch of documents; these values will then be used to populate the specified field for each record within the batch. This batch index is useful for sorting and retrieving records.

- Archive to multiple media locations - Archive data and ../images to your choice of media
- Output bi-tonal ../images for microfilm preservation - Eliminates the need to re-image items for microfilming
