With DigiFunds™ simple work-flow, your company can begin making electronic deposits immediately! Simply scan checks and/or import One-time (PPD), WEB or TEL debits, enter amounts, preview balance verification report, create and upload files and your deposit is complete.
Returned ACH items can be easily re-initiated with the DigiFunds™ Re-initiate feature. Simply find the original item in the appropriate archive, click the Re- initiate button, and select the deposit date, return code; even charge a returned item fee. Now the item is ready to be included in your next ACH file for that deposit date. Need to print a copy of a check for a customer? The DigiFunds™ Filter feature allows for easy search and retrieval of archived documents. Archives can be created in daily or semi-monthly files; you choose the method that best suits your operational needs. Your payment processing can now be streamlined with the DigiFunds™ Export feature. There is no need to re-key those check payments into your accounting system, just export the information from DigiFunds™ via ASCII text, CSV or fixed width file formats. You choose the fields and order for the export.
