EFC Systems' DigiPayments™ is a next generation client/server solution that provides a single payment acceptance platform for check, cash, debit and credit.

DigiPayments™ allows multi-location organizations to consolidate treasury functions at a centralized location.

Branch locations process payments and upload deposit files via the DigiPayments-Customer Checkout™ front-end application.

Incoming deposit files are received throughout the day

from branch locations into the DigiPayments-Treasury Management server application at the central treasury location. Once the files are received into the DigiPayments-Treasury Management™ application and are reviewed for accuracy, a single ACH and/or Check 21 file can be created for uploading to your bank or processor.

Optional Health Care Version

To aid the challenges of the health-care industry we’ve also built a DigiPayments™ with features to streamline your operation including:

allocate a single payment to multiple patients and transaction codes
collect images of up to 3 insurance cards per patient on a payment
provide validation of patient and provider IDs with your medical system
