EFC Systems' DigiServer™ ACH/Check21 file management solution can provide your financial institution the tools necessary to receive, proof and route deposits received electronically from your commercial customers.
Incoming deposit files are received from your customers via two streams: transaction files and images files. Once these files are received by the DigiServer™ application, files are then proofed via automated CAR/LAR technology authored by Mitek Systems. Deposit items that do not receive a high confidence on the amount recognition based on CAR/LAR processing will require human intervention of the items in question in order for the deposit file to be released for further processing.
Once all items are released for processing, DigiServer™ outputs an ACH file for those entries classified as ACH and a standard x9.37 file for Check 21 items.
ACH files can then be processed through the ACH network while the x9.37 files can be routed for IRD printing using an IRD Printing solution from Rosetta Technologies, sent directly to the Federal Reserve or routed via Image exchange.
A transaction file is also produced for current DDA system posting.
Image files can be hosted offsite using eGistics-I.D.A (Infinite Digital Archive) service.
DigiServer™ provides a complete solution for receiving your customer's electronic deposit files.
