EFC Systems' DigiDocs is a 32-bit Windows full-size document image capture, storage and retrieval application designed to work with the Kodak i50, i60, 1500, 2500, and Canon DR3080C scanners. DigiDocs is the perfect solution for your business document imaging needs due to its flexible, user-definable application interface.

DigiDocs features:

• Unlimited document types - You define the document types to be stored. You may view documents of any one type at a given time
• User-definable fields - Fields are defined by document type, allowing customization of the application to fit your company's criteria
• Templated Applications - Templates are available to assist the user in creating applications for each document type.
• Full user security - You may control access to all areas of the software
• Multiple images per document set - Up to 100 images may be scanned/stored in a single document set (for dealing with multi-page documents)
• Powerful import/export capability - Data may be imported/exported from ASCII files and images (usable by many applications) or directly to/from EFC DigiDocs
• Image manipulation - Various controls allow the user to enhance the scanned image through cropping features and color and brightness adjustments
• Image zoom and rotation feature - Pre-defined percentage zoom and 90° image rotation
• Batch Index - User defined values may be entered before scanning a batch of documents; these values will then be used to populate the specified field for each record within the batch. This batch index is useful for sorting and retrieving records.
• English, Spanish and Portuguese language settings - Language options are available in the data parameters area
